Why is my package delayed?
Your delivery may get delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. A new delivery timeframe will be shared with you when you track your shipment on our website. In case you have additional questions or concerns, please raise a support ticket.
What do I do if tracking page doesn't show the expected date of arrival?
Delhivery will be able to provide estimated date of arrival only after the shipment has been picked up from the merchant. In the meantime, please contact your merchant from where you placed the order for further assistance.
How can I get the contact number of my delivery partner?
As a part of the company policy, we do not share the phone numbers of our delivery partners. However, please be assured that our representatives will contact you if they face any difficulty in locating your address.
What should I do if I am not available at the time of delivery?
We prefer delivering your shipment to you in person. However, if you are not available to receive the same, please direct our delivery partner to the alternative person when they call you. You can also share your neighbor's details with us by logging into our Page.
My shipment has been returned/cancelled. What should I do?
Please contact your merchant with whom the order was placed for further clarification.
